ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.

What should I do if I’m getting an error when placing an order?
If you receive an error at checkout, make sure your billing address matches your card provider's records. If it still doesn't work, try another payment method or email us at hello@beamfort.com and we will help you complete your order manually.

How do I use a discount code or gift card?
At checkout, enter your discount code or gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and click Apply before finishing your payment. Only one code can be used per order.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@beamfort.com if you need to update your address, quantity, or item. Once your order ships, we can no longer modify it.

How do I use the Beamfort Headlamp?
Press and hold the power button for two seconds to turn it on. Tap once to change brightness levels, or double-tap for strobe mode. Charge it using the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes about two hours and lasts up to 12 hours depending on brightness. For a digital copy of the manual, email us at hello@beamfort.com.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once it is on the way.

How long does shipping take?
Canada: 2 to 6 business days
United States: 3 to 7 business days

My order says "Delivered" but I did not receive it. What do I do?
Check with neighbors or building staff in case it was left nearby. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If it is still missing, email us at hello@beamfort.com and we will help resolve it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your returns and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Email hello@beamfort.com with your order number and reason for return to start the process. We will send you instructions and a prepaid label if eligible. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days. If your headlamp arrives defective or stops working under normal use, it is covered under our 2-Year Limited Warranty. Visit our Warranty page for details.
